I believe the two most important factors for entreprises would be – Managed Services and Social Networking. Managed Services would offer the entreprise a solution to minimize the costs and the avoidance of building the requisite infrastructure and expetise in house.
As to the question of blurring the Mobile Application, I would like to understand it as an extension of the same Application inside the entreprise that the user is habituated to use with the appropriate UI on the Mobile. The smart phone have so much to offer on UI with touch screen navigation, lookups for values, gadets for data entry that the UI gaps has been tremendously reduced.Social networking of one’s environment makes it moe fun and sharing than it used to be.
