You can find below the slides from the Enterprise Mobility Boot Camp that was held at the Fall 2010 CTIA show in San Francisco.  Slides from the Mobile Application Strategies (Internal/External) session are graciously provided by Lopez Research.

Session 1: The Hot Issues of the Day for the Enterprise Mobility

Ask any IT/Telecom professional about the “hot issues of the day” for the mobile enterprise and chances are good that the issue of individual liable vs. corporate liable devices will top the list. This lightening-rod issue has enormous implications for the mobile enterprise and is sure to initiate lively debate as we examine the issue from both sides and look at the pros and cons of each model. We also we cover other hot issues: devices, operating systems and more.

Session 2: Hands-on Mobile Strategy/Policy Workbook Session

Next up is a hands-on, workbook session that will dive deep into all aspects of mobile strategy and policy. The full range of the mobile lifecycle will be covered including best practices for: procurement, provisioning, device management, application management, service management, security, expense management, help desk, and mobile device retirement/replacement.

Session 3: Mobile Application Strategies (Internal/External)

Building mobile applications for line-of-business purposes can radically improve worker productivity and business processes. What are some of the tools IT/Telecom professionals can leverage to shave development cycles for mobile business applications? The flip side of the topic will also be examined as we explore the issues and opportunities relating to consumer to business mobile applications. A highly relevant enterprise topic as a rapidly growing number of consumers interacts with the enterprise via mobile applications for all types of business services and transactions. Please note this is a summary version of the presentation.  Should you want the complete version, please contact Maribel Lopez directly.
