Mr. Meskill is the co-founder of Virtual Marketing Partners, an innovative, rich-media marketing platform and provider of interactive marketing solutions. Previously he was founder and former Publisher of “Mobile Enterprise” magazine, the leading magazine and online site for mobile and wireless industry news and analysis. Mr. Meskill ran the magazine and led it through a period of substantial growth before overseeing the sale of the company to Edgell Communications in 2005.
In almost 15 years in the mobility and trade publishing space, he has launched several successful industry magazines, including leading trade magazines “Wireless for the Corporate User” and “Field Force Automation,” both of which were successful in the then-emerging wireless sector. Ed also pioneered key trade shows in the mobile and wireless space and formed a joint venture with the CTIA Wireless Association to launch the “Mobile Solutions” show guide for the annual CTIA IT & Entertainment trade show back in 2003.
Mr. Meskill sits on the advisory board of several leading mobile and wireless companies. He is a frequent speaker at leading industry events, and has been an awards presenter for the CDMA America’s conference and the WBR Field Service show. In 2006 Mr. Meskill launched the Mobile Enterprise Executive Summit, a leading annual mobile industry summit that is still held every November.
